益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析益心舒胶囊在糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年10月接收治疗的糖尿病合并冠心病患者167例为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序的先后分为观察组（n=84）和对照组（n=83）,对照组予以常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗方法的基础上应用益心舒胶囊,对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的85.54%（P〈0.05）;观察组心功能改善状况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后血糖变化情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论应用益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病,能有效改善患者的心功能和血糖控制水平,疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yixin Capsule in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods 167 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object from January 2014 to October 2015,according to the sequence of admission time successively divided into observation group （n=84） and control group （.n=83）,the control group was given routine treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment on Yixinshu capsules,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 85.54% in the control group（P〈0.05）;The observation group improved heart function status was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）;The observation group after the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control of blood glucose changes（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Yixin Capsule in treating diabetic patients with coronary heart d!sease,can effectively improve the patient＇s heart function and blood glucose control level,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
