摘　　要：目的观察倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者36例为研究对象,在常规强心、利尿、ACEI治疗的基础上,口服倍他乐克6.25~25 mg/d,疗程6~12周,观察治疗前后心胸比例、心率、心律、心功能变化。结果倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效显著,可抑制充血性-心力衰竭的恶化,改善心功能,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Betaloc in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 were in patients with chronic congestive heart failure in 36 cases as the research object, the conventional cardiac, diuretic, ACEI treatment, oral Betaloc mg/d 6.25 ~ 25, 6 ~ 12 weeks of treatment, observed before and after treatment, cardiothoracic ratio, heart rate, heart rhythm, heart function changes.Results Betaloc has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, can inhibit the deterioration of congestive heart failure, improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life.
