摘 要:随着数字化智能变电站的推广,合并单元的应用越来越广泛。针对合并单元存在测试时间长、效率低的问题,提出一种主从式合并单元自动测试系统。由主机(TCHost)、从机(TCAgent)、继保测试仪和被测合并单元组成一个闭环的测试系统,系统硬件平台性能可靠,扩展性强,配置灵活。采用分层的思路进行测试脚本的设计和执行,使用面向对象的Python语言编写测试用例,并详细分析合并单元主要功能测试的具体实现。自动化测试结果表明,测试效率显著提高,尤其适用于回归测试。With the popularization of digital smart substation, the application of merging unit is more and more extensive. In view of the existing problems of long testing time and low testing efficiency for merging unit, a master-slave automatic test system for merging unit is proposed. The closed-loop system is consisted of host computer(TCHost), slave computer(TCAgent), relay protection tester and tested merging unit. Hardware platform of the system has more reliable performance, better expandability and flexible configuration. Scripting of test case uses object-oriented Python language. Design and implementation of test script is in accordance with the hierarchical implementation of ideas. The implementation of main function test for merging unit is analyzed in detail. Automatic test results show that the test efficiency is significantly improved, especially for regression testing.
