综合路径在老年腹外疝无张力修补术患者围手术期中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年腹外疝无张力修补术患者围手术期综合护理路径及效果。方法选取陕西省汉中市3201医院普外科2013年6月至2015年2月期间收治的72例老年腹外疝无张力修补手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法平均分成观察组与对照组2组,观察组36例患者给予围手术期综合护理干预模式,对照组36例患者给予围手术期常规护理模式,观察2组患者临床疗效及护理满意度差异。结果经不同围手术期护理模式干预后,观察组患者肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、出院时间均显著早于同期对照组患者;2组患者临床护理总满意度对比,观察组患者临床护理总满意度达94.44%,对照组患者临床护理满意度为72.22%,组间差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年腹外疝无张力修补术患者,定向给予围术期综合护理干预模式,可显著强化患者手术效果,改善患者预后情况,值得临床综合应用推广。Objective To analyze the comprehensive perioperative nursing path and its effect in the old patients with abdominal external hernia tension-free hernia repair. Methods Select 72 cases of elderly patients with abdominal external hernia,from June 2013 to February 2015,who underwent tension-freehernia repair as the research object. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping method： 36 cases in observation group were preformed with comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention mode,36 cases in control group received routine nursing mode. The differences inclinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups were analyzed. Results After different modes of nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group had earlier anal exhaust time,ambulation time,discharge time,comparing with those in the control group. And the total satisfaction of clinical nursing of the observation group was 94. 44%,and the total satisfaction of the control group was 72. 22%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with abdominal external tensionfree hernia repair,directional application of comprehensive nursing intervention mode,can significantly improve the surgical effectand the prognosis, andit is worthy of clinical comprehensiveapplication and promotion.
