摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定肠炎安康胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(14:86)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.1556~1.5560μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.86%(RSD为0.37%)。结论:本方法准确、快速、简便,结果稳定,可用于肠炎安康胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in changyanankang capsule.Methods Using octadecyl bonded silica gel chromatography column （4.6mmx250mm, 5μm）;With acetonitrile-water （14∶86） were as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0mL/min;Column temperature： 30 ℃ detection wavelength 230 nm.Results Good linearity was shown in the range of 0.1556-1.5560μg.Paeoniflorin with the average recovery of 98.86%（RSD=0.37%）.Conclusion This method is accurate, rapid, simple and stable results.can be used for determination the content of Paeoniflorin in Changyanankang capsule.
