吴茱萸汤合香砂六君子汤治疗中虚气逆型咽喉返流性疾病82例  

82 Patients of Zhongxu Qini Xing Laryngopharyngeal Reflux Disease to be Therapy by Modified Wuzhuyu Decocotion and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decocotion

摘　　要：目的:观察经方吴茱萸汤合香砂六君子汤治疗中虚气逆型咽喉返流性疾病的临床疗效。方法:口服加减吴茱萸汤合香砂六君子汤3个月,第1个月每日1剂,第2~3个月隔日1剂,观察患者治疗1个月、3个月后的有效率及治疗前、治疗1个月,治疗3个月后的RSI、RFS评分。结果:治疗1个月的总有效率为72.96%,治疗3个月的总有效率为86.58%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月较治疗前,治疗3个月较治疗1个月,RSI及RFS评分均有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:加减吴茱萸汤合香砂六君子汤治疗中虚气逆型咽喉反流性疾病疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical efficiency of modified Wu zhuyu decocotion and Xiangsha Liujunzi decocotion on Zhongxu Qini xing laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. Methods By oral modified Wu zhuyu decocotion and Xiangsha Liujunzi decocotion for three months,once a day at first month,once every two days from second to third month.TO observe the efficiency of patients after the treatment for one month、for three months.And the RSI、RFS score before treatment 、after treatment for one month、for three months.Results The total effective rate after the treatment for one month was 72.96%,after the treatment for three months was 86.58%,there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The RSI and RFS score of treatment for one month is more lower than before treatment,The RSI and RFS score of treatment for three month is more lower than one month,both of they have a statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Modified Wu zhuyu decocotion and Xiangsha Liujunzi decocotion cansignificantlyimproveclinical symptoms of Zhongxu Qini xing laryngopharyngeal reflux disease,whichisWorthy of clinical popularization and application.
