消瘀止痛散外敷结合电磁波对腰椎间盘突出症术后功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:对消瘀止痛散外敷结合特定电磁波(TDP)治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)术后患者减轻下腰痛、促进功能恢复的有效性进行评定。方法:将90例LDH术后患者纳入本研究。随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组予术后常规处理,观察组予术后常规处理加消瘀止痛散外敷结合TDP治疗。在术后2周、4周、6个月及1年,比较两组VAS评分及下腰痛JOA评分,并在术后4周,比较其优良率。结果:85例患者得到随访,术后随访结果显示观察组下腰痛JOA评分及VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4周观察组优良率81.39%高于对照组59.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组无明显不良反应发生。结论:消瘀止痛散外敷结合TDP治疗可减轻LDH术后疼痛,促进功能恢复,值得临床推广。Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of external application of XIAO YU ZHI TONG powder combined with TDP on recovery after thesurgeryoflumbardischerniation（LDH）.Methods 90 patients undergoing LDH surgery were enrolled in this trial, who were randomly and averagely assigned into 2 groups： We treated Controlled group with conventional administration.Treatment group was treated with conventional administration and underwent treatment of external application of XIAO YU ZHI TONG powder combined with TDP.The Japanese Orthopedic Associations evaluation system for lower back pain syndrome （JOA score） and Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） were administered before treatment and at 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 months and 12 months after surgery to assess the clinical results.Results Of the 90subjects,85（94.4%）accomplished the research.The outcomes of treatment group weresuperior to the control group in the scores of VAS and JOA at 2 weeks ,4 weeks,6 months and 12 months after surgery（P〈0.05）.In addition, the moment that the 4 week observation came to an end, the excellent and good rates of treatment group was observably better than the control one（P〈0.05）.ConclusioExternal application of XIAO YU ZHI TONG powder combined with TDP results significantly better in pain relief and more prominent function recovery after the surgery.
