摘　　要：分析研究了当前榨油机在整体结构、榨轴受力方向、榨螺表面堆焊硬质合金工艺、榨笼结构、榨油机螺旋进料方式等方面存在的一些问题,并有针对性的在500 t/d榨油机的设计上进行优化改进,以更好地适应大型油脂加工厂的生产、日常维护及修理要求。In order to adapt to the current large scale development of oil plant, 500 t/d oil press was designed. Such items were improved as integral structure, shaft stress direction change, screws surface with carbide surfacing technology, press cage structure and press feed device. After improvement, the 500 t/d oil press can adapt to large - scale factory production and daily maintenance.
