摘　　要：本文着重分析了变压器隔离驱动的技术特点,讨论了保护电路的基本要求,给出了一个具有保护功能的IGBT驱动电路和关键参数设计。分析及试验表明,该驱动电路简单、适用、可靠。The paper emphatically analyzes the technical characteristics of the transformer isolation drive and discusses the basic requirements of protection circuit. An IGBT drive circuit with protection function and key parameter design are proposed. The analysis and tests prove this drive circuit is simple, practical and reliable.
