摘 要:为了研究基于表面活性技术的温拌剂,选用自主合成的HSWB-H9温拌剂为研究对象,将HSWB-H9按照0.6%~1%的掺量添加到改性沥青中制备成温拌改性沥青代替普通改性沥青,以马歇尔成型方法按等空隙率原则确定温拌沥青混合料的降温幅度。并通过浸水马歇尔稳定度和冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验及疲劳试验分别研究温拌剂对混合料的水稳性能、高温性能、低温抗裂性及抗老化性能的影响。研究结果表明:与热拌沥青混合料相比,添加HSWB-H9温拌剂制备温拌改性沥青代替普通改性沥青,能降低沥青混合料的成型温度约30℃,显著改善抗水损害性能和抗老化性能,提高高温抗车辙性能和低温抗裂性能。同时,HSWB-H9温拌剂在长隧道中应用显著降低有害气体的排放和改善隧道施工环境;通过3 a的实体工程跟踪检测,应用HSWB-H9铺筑的温拌沥青路面的各项路用性能指标优于热拌沥青路面。To study the warm mixed agent based on surfactant technology, we choosed "HSWB - H9" warm mixed agent that synthesised by ourselves as object. We added 0. 6% - 1% " HSWB - H9" in modified asphalt instead of ordinary modified asphalt, took the porosity of Marshall standard specimen as rule, measured mixed and compaction temperatures of warm mixed asphalt under the premise of achieving the same degree of compaction as hot mix asphalt. The effects of " HSWB -H9" warm mixed agent on the water stability performance, high temperature performance, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue life of mixture were studied respectively by immersion Marshall Stability test, freeze -thaw split test, rutting test, low temperature crack test and fatigue test. The experimental results showed that comparing with the common hot mix asphalt, "HSWB - Hg" warm mixed agent reduced the compaction temperature of asphalt mixture about 30℃, enhanced the water stability and anti - fatigue performance significantly, improved anti - rutting performance at high temperature and low temperature crack resistance. And also "HSWB -H9" warm mixed agent applied in the long tunnel significantly reduced harmful gas, improve the construction environment. Through three annuals tracking and testing in construction, we conclude that the road performance of warm mix asphalt applied " HSWB - H9" is better than the hot mix asphalt.
