摘　　要：进入 2 1世纪 ,国际恐怖主义犯罪呈现出规模逐步升级 ,危害越来越大的趋势 ,因此 ,有效地防范和打击恐怖主义犯罪 ,维护国家安全和社会稳定 ,保护公民的合法权益 ,已成为国家安全工作的重要组成部分。依据我国的国情 ,应采取加强国际合作 ,制定和完善有关法律 ,正确处理民族宗教问题等多项措施。Entering into 21 Century,international terrorism crime shows a tendency of enlarging scale and great danger,so it has also become one of vital parts of safeguarding national security with effectively guarding against and striking terrorisim crime,safeguarding national security and social steadiness,protecting citizens'legal rights and property.Based on the state's situation,we shall take many effective measures such as strengthening internatioual coorperation,making and perfecting related law,correctly handling with problems of nationalities and religions.
