复方萘普生栓联合利多卡因在绝经后妇女宫腔镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方萘普生栓和利多卡因联合使用在绝经后妇女宫腔镜检查中软化宫颈及镇痛的效果。方法选择北京市延庆区医院门诊需行宫腔镜检查的绝经后妇女74例分为两组,观察组37例,术前30 min肛门放置复方萘普生栓1枚,术前2 min宫颈注射2%利多卡因3 ml;对照组37例,术前2 min宫颈注射2%利多卡因3ml。观察两组患者宫腔镜检查中宫颈软化扩张、镇痛情况。结果宫腔镜检查中,观察组患者宫颈软化扩张显效率86.49%,对照组患者为54.05%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者镇痛率81.08%,对照组患者45.94%,观察组疼痛程度明显减轻,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方萘普生栓联合利多卡因应用于绝经后妇女宫腔镜检查,能有效地软化和扩张绝经妇女宫颈,减轻疼痛,临床值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of compound naproxen suppository combined with lidocaine in cervical softening and analgesia during hysteroscopy in postmenopausal women. Methods Seventy-four postmenopausal women receiving hysteroscopy in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups,37 women in observation group were treated by compound naproxen suppository at 30 minutes before surgery and cervical injection of 2% lidocaine（ 3 ml） at 2 minutes before surgery; 37 women in control group were treated by cervical injection of 2% lidocaine（ 3 ml） at 2 minutes before surgery. Cervical softening and analgesic situations during hysteroscopy were observed in the two groups. Results The excellently effective rates of cervical softening during hysteroscopy in observation group and control group were 86. 49% and 54. 05%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. The analgesic rates in observation group and control group were 81. 08% and 45. 94%,respectively,the painful degree in observation group was statistically significantly milder than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Compound naproxen suppository combined with lidocaine can effectively soften and dilatate cervix and relieve pain during hysteroscopy in postmenopausal women,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
