摘  要:目的了解防晒类化妆品中防晒剂的使用情况。方法依据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)采用高效液相色谱法对233件防晒类化妆品中的防晒剂进行测试,对215件市售防晒类化妆品进行配方查阅,统计防晒剂组分的使用种类、频率、使用量及符合情况,对其进行对比分析。结果 2种调查涉及的防晒剂共19种,其中甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯使用频率最高,分别为80.3%、76.3%;防晒产品多采用3种~4种防晒剂复配使用;测试的化妆品中有3.4%的产品检测含量与标识含量不符;防晒类产品的防晒指数以SPF30、SPF30+居多。结论防晒类化妆品中的防晒剂检测数据与配方数据基本相符,检测数据基本能反映防晒剂的使用情况。防晒剂使用复杂,亟待加强化妆品中防晒剂复配使用的风险评估和化妆品的不良反应检测及监督管理。Objective To investigate the sunscreens used in cosmetics. Methods The contents of sunscreen agents in 233 cosmetics were determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method which were specified in Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics( 2007 edition). The formulas of 215 cosmetics samples from markets were checked. Comparative analysis was performed in the kinds,frequencies,dosages of sunscreen agents and the coincidence. Results 19 kinds of sunscreen agents were involved in the two investigations,among which the use frequency of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate was up to 80. 3% and76. 3%. The sunscreen complex products with 3-4 kinds of sunscreen agents were in the majority. There were inconsistencies of labeled ingredients with the actual detected components in 3. 4% of the products. The sun protection factor( SPF) of most products were 30 or 30+. Conclusion The results of determinations were basically matched with the formula analysis results and reflect the use of sunscreen agents. The use of sunscreen in cosmetics is complex currently,so the risk assessment in the combination of sunscreen agents,the monitoring in adverse reactions and the supervision should be strengthened.
