摘  要:为了研究氮元素对奥氏体不锈钢激光焊缝气孔和性能的影响,分别采用氮气和氩气作为侧吹保护气体,对焊缝进行了X射线无损探伤、显微硬度试验、常温拉伸试验。试验结果表明,与氩气相比,采用氮气作为保护气体,能明显减少焊缝中气孔的数量,并且能略提高焊缝区的显微硬度值。这两种气体保护下的焊缝的抗拉强度均大于母材,焊缝得到强化。Nitrogen and argon were used as side assist gases to study the effects of nitrogen on the pores and properties of fiber laser austenitic stainless steel joints. X-ray nondestructive test, micro hardness test and room temperature tensile test were carried out. Experimental results showed that nitrogen could significantly reduce the number of pores in the welds and could slightly increase the hardness of weld area. The tensile strength of the welds with these two gases was greater than that of the base metal, the welds were strengthened.
