自体肌腱与自异体组配肌腱重建前交叉韧带的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察自体肌腱和自异体组配肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带的初期临床疗效。方法选择单纯前交叉韧带完全断裂行前交叉韧带单束重建手术患者66例,分为自体肌腱重建组(自体组)35例和自异体组配肌腱重建组(自异体组)31例,行前交叉韧带单束重建手术。比较2组KT-1000值、Lachman试验、轴移试验、Tegner评分表、Lysholm评分表和IKDC评分。结果自体组平均随访36个月,自异体组平均随访33个月。2组Lachman试验结果、KT-1000值、轴移试验、阳性率、IKDC评分、Tegner评分、Lysholm评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体肌腱与自异体组配肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带均能取得优良的初期临床结果,且初期临床疗效相当。Objective To compare the primary clinical results of single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR)with autograft versu auto-allograft.Methods Sixty-six patients with isolated anterior cruciate ligament rupture were treated with hamstring tendon autografts(35 patients)or with auto-allograft(31 patients).Single bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery was applied.The KT-1000 value,Lachman test,axial shift test,Tegner score,Lysholm score and IKDC score were compared between the 2groups.Results The autograft group were followed up for 36 months.The auto-allograft group were followed up for33 months.There were no significant differences between the 2groups in the results of Lachman test,KT-1000 value,pivot test,positive rate,IKDC score,Tegner score and Lysholm score(P>0.05).Conclusion Single-bundle ACLR with autografts and auto-allografts have similar excellent initial clinical results.There was no significant difference between autografts and autoallografts.
