摘　　要：某电厂200MW联合循环燃气机组,燃机发电机运行中导电螺钉断裂造成机组跳闸,本文结合设备的运行工况、受损导电螺钉的金属试验及设计特点进行分析,并提出预防措施及优化方案。The unit trip was caused by fracture of conductive screw in operation of gas turbine generator of a 200 MW combined cycle gas turbine. In this paper, according to the working condition of the equipment, the metal test and design characteristics of the damaged conductive screws were analyzed and the preventive measures and optimization scheme were put forward.
