摘 要:根据村镇地域污染源分布广、规模小、独立性等特点,提出了1种基于GPRS技术的污水处理远程监控系统设计方案,为有效管理分散的污水处理系统提供1个技术平台样板。系统采用S7-200作为污水处理现场的RTU,将采集到的现场数据信息(COD、DO、TN、液位和电机阀门的运行状态)通过GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)无线网络传输到监控中心。该系统的通信信道均采用无线传输的方式,故无需布线,可以有效解决铺设电缆面临的施工周期长、费用高等问题,更可有效解决偏远地区的污水处理设备无人值守的问题,为城镇化和新农村建设中的污水处理难题提供了1个有效的BOT方案。According to the characteristics of rural regional pollution sources, such as wide distribution, small scale, independence, a design scheme of remote monitoring and control system of sewage treatment is presented based on the GPRS technology. The scheme provides a technology platform model for the effective management of decentralized sewage treatment systems. The designed system uses S7-200 as the RTU of the wastewater treatment field, where the collected field data information (i.e., COD, DO, TN, the liquid level and the nmning state motor and valve) will be transmitted to the monitoring center through the GPRS wireless network. All communication channels of the design system adopt wireless transmission mode without wiring, and consequently, some shortcomings, such as long construction period, higher costs in laying a cable can be largely overcome. What's more, the problem of sewage disposal equipment without guarding in remote areas can also be effectively solved. Hence, a valid BOT scheme for the sewage treatment problem is provided in constructing new villages and improving the level of urbanization.
