摘  要:目前离散型无功补偿装置不能提供连续平滑无功,无法进一步满足电压无功控制的精细化要求,难以进一步提高电网经济效益,另一方面传统离散型无功补偿装置不能在电压失压或者其它异常情况时提供动态无功支持。区别于传统无功补偿方式,静止无功发生器(SVG)具有最快毫秒级的响应速度。提出将静止无功发生器纳入地区调度电压无功控制系统的控制范畴,实现协调控制,提出了连续无功变量和离散无功变量协调控制策略,一方面可以提高AVC控制的精细度,控制策略更加优化,另一方面可以提高SVG设备的使用率,在保证紧急动态无功备用的情况下,提供连续平滑的无功补偿,可进一步提高电网的经济效益。The discrete non reactive power compensation device can not provide a smooth and continuous reactive power, unable to further meet the voltage reactive power control in the refinement of requirements, to further improve the economic efficiency of power grid, on the other hand, the traditional discrete type without reactive power compensation device is not in the voltage loss of pressure or other abnormal situation to provide dynamic reactive power support. Different from the traditional reactive power compensation method,the dynamic reactive power compensation device has the fastest response speed. Put forward the dynamic reactive power compensation device into areas of scheduling of voltage and reactive power control system control, to achieve the coordinated control proposed continuous variables and discrete reactive variable coordinated control strategy, on the one hand can improve fineness of AVC control,control strategy optimization,on the other hand can increase the rate of use of SVG equipment, provide a smooth continuous reactive power compensation, can further improve the economic benefit of power grid under the guarantee dynamic emergency no reactive power reserve of.
