摘  要:现代生产制造要求下,市场对产品质量以及工艺精度要求较高。为此,提升机械制造检测自动化技术、机械生产系统性能可以实现机械产品质量的把关。检测技术成本占整体生产、设备成本的比重较大,但是一旦实现先进制造检测技术的应用升级后,深入强化机械制造系统中检测自动化技术,提升生产加工的成本效益、产品质量把控,同时有助于提升生产程序标准化,升级社会效益和经济效益的双重功能。本课题主旨就检测系统的结构、检测技术数学建模等角度分析自动化制造系统的在线监测技术的现状和问题,提出改善检测设备于自动化制造系统而言的重要意义和对应措施。Under requirements of modem manufacturing, the market demand for product quality and process precision is high. To this end, the promotion of mechanical manufacturing testing automation technology, mechanical production system performance can achieve the quality of mechanical products. The cost of the total production of detection technology and equipment cost a larger proportion, but once the upgrade of application of advanced manufacturing technology testing, further strengthen the testing automation technology in mechanical manufacturing system, improve production and processing costs and benefits, to control the quality of products, and help to improve the production process standardization, upgrade the dual function of social and economic benefit. The purpose of detection structure, detection technology, mathematical modeling, systematic analysis the status quo and problems of online monitoring technology for automated manufacturing systems, put forward the improvement in automated manufacturing significance and corresponding measures of system testing equipment.
