摘 要:通过对JSH0102润滑油氧化安定性测定仪的改进,提出了一种操作简便、检测快速的柴油氧化安定性评定方法。该方法对JSH0102外置了数据采集设备,编程改进了数据采集软件,实现对采样率、采样数、采样间隔和采样次数的自由设置。利用MATLAB研究开发了数据分析程序,并确定了以175kPa压降时间作为柴油氧化诱导期的表征量,以外推拐点法求得的外推氧化终止时间作为氧化终止时间的表征量,并对其精度进行了检验对比。结果表明:175kPa压降算法的试验精度优于汽油的13.8kPa压降算法,外推氧化终止时间的精度优于氧化终止点,该方法可用于柴油氧化安定性评价研究。A simple and convenient method for evaluating the oxidation stability of diesel oil is proposed by improving the oxidation of JSH0102 lubricating oil stability tester. This method installed external data acquisition devices for JSH0102, and improved data acquisition software program to realize the sampling rate, the number of samples, sampling interval and number of samples set freely. The data analysis program was compiled in MATLAB software. The 175kPa pressure drop time was regarded as the responsive amount of diesel oxidation induction period. Extrapolated oxidation termination time analyzed by means of extrapolation inflection point method was regarded as the responsive amount of oxidation termination time. The results showed the test accuracy of 175kPa pressure drop algorithm is better than that of gasoline 13.8kPa pressure drop algorithm, and the accuracy of extrapolation oxidation time is better than that of oxidation end point, and this method can be used in evaluating the oxidation stability of diesel oil.
