摘　　要：针对现实生活中,大量人员在参加某种培训时,随着培训人数和培训规模的大幅度提升,使用word和excel软件增加培训人员信息将无法关联不同表格中的数据域问题,提出了基于access的数据库信息管理系统的设计。该方法通过将学员信息添加到系统进行保存,形成满足一定条件的二维表结构,将数据对象之间的关系通过"统一关系"来描述,从而解决了不同表格之间无法关联的难题。该方法大幅减轻了工作人员对毫无关联的表格信息重复输入的难题,从而充分发挥access数据库可变性的优势,在未来的办公中将会带来极大的影响。In real life, a lot of people taking part in some kind of training, with the number of training and the training scale is greatly improved, using word and Excel software to increase the training of personnel information will not be linked data domain different problems in the table, put forward the design of information management system based on access database. The student information is added to the system stored, forming a two-dimensional table structure to meet certain conditions, the relationship between data objects by ＂unity＂ to describe,in order to solve the problem between different form can＇t be associated. This method can greatly reduce the difficulty of the staff in the input of the information that is not related to the table, so as to give full play to the advantages of the variability of the access database.
