摘 要:为了提高配电网可靠性评估的精度,提出了考虑预安排停电的配电网可靠性评估方法。相对于传统的配电网可靠性评估方法,该方法不仅考虑了故障停电对配电网可靠性的影响,还将占停电事件更多比重的预安排停电考虑在内,认为电力设备按照一定概率发生各类停电事件。根据停电原因将预安排停电事件分为检修类和扩容类,并将电力设备分类建立相关的停电模型,各个电力设备按照一定的概率影响配电网的可靠性评估结果。评估结果表明,相对于仅考虑故障停电的可靠性评估方法,所提出的方法能够更加准确地评估配电网的可靠性。The reliability evaluation of the distribution network plays an important role in the assessment of power distribution system. To improve the precision of evaluation, a method with the consideration of prearranged power cut for distribution network reliability evaluation is proposed. Compared to traditional methods, the method considers not only malfunction power cut but also the prearranged power cut which makes up a much larger proportion in all power cut events. All kinds of power set-ups are assumed to get the malfunction and prearranged power cut according to corresponding probability in this paper. The prearranged power cut events can be divided into the overhaul type and the dilatation type based on the cause of the event, and relevant power cut models are built according to the proposed classification. The assessment result shows that the proposed method can evaluate the reliability of the distribution network more accurately due to the consideration of prearranged power cut.
