老年维持性血液透析患者应用钝针扣眼穿刺的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:总结老年维持性血液透析患者应用钝针扣眼穿刺的护理体会。方法:选择2015年4月~2016年8月在我院行血液透析的老年患者20例采用钝针扣眼穿刺,对其进行相应的护理。结果:20例患者进行钝针穿刺均顺利完成,无1例渗血发生。疼痛量表评分评价由7分降至2分,患者的满意度由92%提高至100%。4例患者出现穿刺处感,其中1例患者出现过2次内瘘感染,经抗感染处理后钝针继续使用顺利。结论:对于老年糖尿病肾病、血管条件差、穿刺困难的患者使用钝针扣眼穿刺能提高穿刺成功率、护士工作效率及患者满意度。Objective：To summarize the nursing experience of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the application of blunt needle buttonhole puncture. Methods：Selected 20 patients receiving hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016, and blunt needle buttonhole puncture was used for corresponding nursing for them. Results ： All the 20 patients completed the blunt needle puncture successfully, without errhysis. The score of pain scale reduced from 7 scores to 2 scores, and the patients＇ satisfaction increased from 92% to 100%. There was puncture infection in 4 patients, including internal fistula infection twice in 1 patient, and after anti - infection treatment, the blunt needle was further used smoothly. Conclusion ： The use of blunt needle buttonhole puncture for the patients with elderly diabetic nephropathy, poor vascular condition and difficulty in puncture could improve the puncture success rate, nurses＇ work efficiency and patients＇ satisfaction.
