摘　　要：目的:探讨血液净化在重症手足口病患儿治疗中的应用效果及有效抢救护理措施。方法:选取2014年5月~2015年8月我科收治的重症手足口病患儿40例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组通过密切观察病情变化,给予积极降颅压,早期机械通气,做好高热的护理,准确给予血管活性药物,加强基础护理等常规治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予血液净化治疗护理。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症手足口病在常规临床治疗基础上接受血液净化治疗,有助于改善患儿的临床症状,巩固临床治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective ：To discuss the application effect of blood purification in the treatment of child patients with severe hand - foot - mouth disease and the effective rescue nursing measures. Methods：Selected 40 child patients with severe hand - foot - mouth disease admitted in our department from May 2014 to August 2015, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random. By closely observing the change of diseases, the child pa- tients in the control group received conventional treatment and nursing such as active intracranial pressure reduction, early mechanical ventilation, hyperpy- rexia nursing, accurate administration of vasoactive agent and strengthening of basic nursing, and the child patients in the observation group were given the treatment nursing of blood purification on the basis of the conventional treatment. Results：The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant upon comparison of the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The blood pur- ification treatment for the severe hand - foot - mouth disease on the basis of the conventional clinical treatment could improve the child patients＇ clinical symptoms, consolidate the clinical treatment effect, with a high clinical application value.
