摘 要:目的:调查待产妇对硬膜外分娩镇痛健康教育的需求情况。方法:自行设计问卷,便利抽样,对93例待产妇硬膜外分娩镇痛健康教育需求情况进行调查。结果:内容需求问卷总分平均为(103.34±14.81)分,得分最高的维度是基于分娩镇痛的个体化需求,得分为(26.20±4.21)分。待产妇对护士(助产士)责任制形式的需求最为强烈;待产妇最易接受在入院待产未出现宫缩时进行健康教育。结论:待产妇对分娩镇痛相关知识有较强烈的需求,护士(助产士)在健康教育中有着重要地位,健康教育的开展应围绕患者个体化的需求并考虑患者的学历背景。Objective :To investigate the health education need of epidural labor analgesia for expectant mothers. Methods : A self - made questionnaire was designed for sampling, and investigation was made on the health education demand of epidural labor analgesia for 93 expectant mothers. Results:The overall average score of content need questionnaire was ( 103.34 ± 14.81 ), the highest score dimension was based on the individualized demand of labor analgesia, with score of (26.20 ±4.21 ). The expectant mothers had the strongest demand for the responsibility forms of nurses (midwives) ; it was the easiest for the expectant mothers to receive health education when they were hospitalized and ready for delivery without uterine contraction. Conclusion:The expectant moth- ers had strong demand for relevant knowledge of labor analgesia, and nurses (midwives) played an important role in health education, and the health edu- cation should be carried out surrounding the patients' individualized demands, with consideration of the patients' education background.
