摘 要:为解决智慧制造车间工件异常情况的实时监测问题,以及追踪工件加工过程的轨迹,提出基于RFID与复杂事件处理的实时监测方法.基于信息物理融合系统理念构建智慧制造车间的感知环境和定义各类事件模型,采用基于SMURF的综合方法清洗RFID数据,应用复杂事件处理技术监听工件的异常情况,并形成工件实时状态矩阵.仿真实验证明,该系统可以实现预期功能,为智慧制造车间的主动调度提供依据.To solve the problems on monitoring abnormal conditions of workpieces in real time and tracking machining processes in wisdom manufacturing workshop, a real-time monitoring method based on RFID and CEP was proposed. The sensing-aware environment of wisdom manufacturing workshop was built based on Cyber-Physical Systems, and all kinds of event models were defined. A synthetic data cleaning method based on SMURF was adopted to clean the raw RFID data. The complex event processing system was also applied to detect the abnormal conditions of workpieces, and a real-time status matrix was then formed. This system achieves the expected functions by simulation experiment, which provides a basis for proactive job-shop scheduling in wisdom manufacturing.
