摘　　要：介绍2例合并肝硬化的胆囊切除术病例,分析术中出血原因,认为需注意门静脉高压使胆囊床门静脉分支异常扩张甚至突出于胆囊床,从而导致术中大出血,并探讨相应处理方法。另外,对此类患者容易发生术中出血的其他情况也进行了相应的探讨。The causes of hemorrhage during cholecystectomy were analyzed in two cases with liver cirrhosis. It was pointed out that special attention should be paid to the abnormal expansive portal vein branch of gallbladder bed, which sometimes led to the occurrence of intraoperative bleeding. Corresponding treatments were discussed. Besides, other issues related to intraoperative bleeding in these patients were also addressed.
