摘　　要：在全球价值链主导企业的俘获型价值链治理模式下,我国制造业企业长期陷入价值链低端锁定。集聚作为生产者服务业嵌入制造业生产过程的一种有效机制,对于制造业企业的升级发展具有重要意义。在全球价值链"主导企业-代工企业"的委托代理关系中,生产者服务业集聚通过放松代工企业的激励相容约束增加了其突破价值链低端锁定状态的可能性。实证研究表明,生产者服务业集聚有助于劳动密集型和资本密集型制造业突破低端锁定,而对于技术密集型制造业的升级发展却无显著影响。技术密集型制造业的自身发展定位出现错位、生产者服务业体制改革不彻底和发展水平偏低可能是导致这一现象的原因所在。Under the mode of capture value chain governance of the global value chain leading enterprise, Chinese manufacturing enterprises have long been locked in the low-end of value chain. Agglomeration, as an effective mechanism of producer service industry embedded in the manufacturing process, is of great significance for the upgrading of manufacturing enterprises. In the principal-agent relationship of ＂leading enterprises- OEM enterprises＂ in the global value chain, producer service industry agglomeration increases the chance for a breakthrough in the low-end value chain lock by relaxing the incentive compatibility constraint of OEM enterprise. Empirical study shows that producer service industry agglomeration can help the labor intensive and capital intensive manufacturing industry break through the low-end lock, but it has no significant effect on the upgrading and development of the technology intensive manufacturing. The develop- ment orientation of the technology intensive manufacturing is dislocated, and the system reform of producer service indus- try is not thorough and its development level is low, which may be the causes of this phenomenon.
