摘  要:活塞材料的微观金相结构对活塞工作性能具有重大影响。通过试验检测不同金相等级活塞的物理及机械性能,并采用有限元软件ANSYS对不同活塞的温度场、热应力场、热机耦合场进行模拟分析,研究活塞金相差异对活塞热负荷和热机负荷的影响。结果表明,随着微观金相等级的降低,活塞最高温度、最大热机耦合应力和最大变形量均呈现增大趋势,活塞最大许用应力呈现减小趋势,活塞可靠性呈现下降趋势。The micro-metallographic structure of piston material has great impact on the performance of piston. The physical and mechanical properties of pistons of different metallographic grades were tested by experiments, and finite element analysis software ANSYS was used in the simulation of temperature field, thermal stress field, thermal-mechanical coupled field of different pistons. The impact of the different metallography on the thermal load and thermal-mechanical coupled load of the pistons was studied. The results showed that with the decline of the miero-metallographic grade, the maximum temperature and the maximum thermal-mechanical coupled stress and the maximum deformation of pistons showed an increasing trend, whereas the maximum allowable stress and the reliability of pistons showed a decreasing trend.
