摘  要:以含氢硅油(PHMS)、1-十六碳烯(HDE)、烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)为原料,在络合铂催化下通过硅氢化加成反应制得含有环氧基的聚硅氧烷(PHA),再与乙二胺(EDA)进行氨解开环反应,合成防水性硅蜡(PHAE),并乳化成含固量为25%的乳液。采用纳米硅溶胶和PHAE乳液依次对棉织物进行处理,制备防水涂层。结果表明,m(Span-60)∶m(Tween-60)∶m(平平加O)=0.23∶0.27∶0.1,乳化时间为90 min时,制备的PHAE乳液细腻稳定;当PHMS中Si—H键含量为4.5 mmol/g,n(HDE)∶n(AGE)=9∶1,n(AGE)∶n(—NH2)=1.2∶1,纳米硅溶胶质量分数为0.6%时,织物表面对水的静态接触角达到142.5°,经其整理后的斜纹棉布防水性和柔软性明显提高。Polysiloxane containing epoxy group [PHA) is prepared by hydrosilylation reaction with platinum as catalyst, using side chain hydrogen containing silicone oil (PHMS), l-hexadecene (HDE), allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) as raw materials. The waterproof silicone wax (PHAE) is synthesized by ethylenedi- amine (EDA) and PHA, and then is emulsified (emulsion solid content of :25%). The cotton fabric is treat- ed by nano silica sol and PHAE emulsion. The results show that a fine and stable PHAE emulsion is prepared when re(Span-d0): m(Tween-60): m(Peregal O)=0.23: 0.27:0.1 and emulsifying time is 90 min. When the Si-H content in PHMS is 4.5 mmol/g, n(HDE) : n(AGE)=9 : 1, n(AGE) : n(--NH2)=1.2: 1, m(SiO2) : m(PHAE emulsion) is 0.6%, the static contact angle of fabric surface to water is 142.5°. The water resis- tance and softness of the treated cotton fabric increased significantly.
