摘  要:以邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,通过硝基化、氨基化和重氮化偶合等反应,制备了邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料Dye-PLM,采用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱等对合成的中间体和染料进行了表征。研究了合成染料的色光、水解性能和染色性能等。结果表明:合成染料最大吸收波长λmax为500 nm;高温染色过程中随着p H值的增加,染料水解严重;红外分析表明,酰胺基团水解为羧酸基团;染色过程中,染料上染速率较慢,130℃染色10 min之前要严格控制升温速率;染色织物的水洗色牢度可达3级。A phthalimide disperse dye Dye-PLM is coupling reactions with phthalimide as raw materia synthesized by nitration, amination and diazotization The synthesized intermediates and dye are characterized by MS, 'H-NMR and IR analyses. The shade, hydrolysis properties and dyeing properties of the dye are investigated. The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength (Amax) of the synthetic dye is 500 nm. The dye hydrolyzes seriously with the increase of the pH value during high temperature dyeing. IR analysis shows that the amide groups hydrolyze to carboxylic acid groups. The dyeing rate is slow, heating rate should be controlled during first 10 min when dyeing at 130 ℃. Color fastness to washing reaches Grade 3.
