麻针织物的三合一高效精练剂前处理

摘　　要：为使麻针织物获得良好的吸水性和洁净的外观,达到后续加工的要求,需要对织物进行前处理。以白度、毛效、强力、失重率为指标,通过改变氢氧化钠、精练剂、双氧水、螯合分散剂的用量,处理温度和时间,得到优化的三合一精练剂前处理工艺:三合一精练剂2 g/L、双氧水4 g/L,100℃精练处理40 min。三合一精练剂在白度、毛效、失重率、强力和染色效果方面均能够达到市售同类产品精练剂ORE的效果,且前处理过程中不需要添加氢氧化钠和螯合分散剂,使用方便,更为经济。Pretreatment of linen knitgoods is carried out to obtain good absorbency and clean appear ance. The effects of sodium hydroxide, triad scouring agent, hydrogen peroxide, chelating dispersant, pretreatment temperature and time are discussed with single factor method. The optimal process is tri- ad scouring agent 2 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 4 g/L, scouring at 100 ℃ for 40 min. Compared with the commercial product ORE which is commonly used in linen knitgoods pretreatment, the application of triad scouring agent can achieve similar effects to ORE on whiteness, capillary effect, strength, mass loss and dyeing effects without sodium hydroxide and chelating dispersant.
