摘 要:构建了一种超临界色谱(SFC)-GC-MS方法,并用来检测卷烟主流烟气粒相物中酯类物质。用超临界流体对捕集卷烟主流烟气粒相物的剑桥滤片进行萃取,将萃取得到的香气成分用SFC进行初步分离,划分成3段,将分离出的3段馏分,分别用GC/M S进行检测分析。检测数据显示,样品不分段直接进样用GC/MS分析,总共检测出了11种酯类化合物;然而,经SFC分段后,再用GC/MS分析,总共检测出了31种酯类化合物。经SFC分离后的各段化合物峰形较好,基本不重叠,为主流烟气中酯类成分检测提供一种新方法。General gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method often suffers from the limited capacity of chromatographic column, and can not accurate analyze ingredients in mainstream smoke. To resolve this problem, a supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC)-GC/MS method was developed for the determination of esters in mainstream cigarette smoke. Total particulate matter of mainstream cigarette smoke was collected by a Cambridge filter pad and then the Cambridge filter pad was extracted by supercritical fluid extractor. Next, the extract was separated and divided into 3 fractions by SFC, and each fraction was analyzed by GC/MS. The test data suggested that 11 kinds of esters were detected without SFC separation, and 31 kinds of esters were assayed using the SFC-GC/ MS technique. The chromatographic column capacity of GC/MS was improved and overlapping chromatographic peaks are avoided by this SFC-GC/MS approach. Consequently, this SFC-GC/MS method is a novel platform for esters assay.
