摘 要:建立了对苯二胺-Fe(Ⅲ)体系荧光分光光度法快速有效测定水样中痕量H_2S的新方法。在酸性体系中,对苯二胺与FeCl_3及H_2S反应产生有荧光的劳氏紫,用荧光分光光度法进行测定。其激发波长和发射波长分别为590 nm和620 nm,1.3~65μmol/L,相关系数r=0.9982,检出限为0.122μmol/L,回收率为97.7%~113.2%。方法适用于水样中痕量H_2S含量的测定。Objective: To establish a new method of phenylenediamine-Fe (Ⅲ) system by fluorospectrophotometry quickly determining of trace H2 S valid in water samples. Methods: In acidic systems, p-phenylenediamine reacted with ferric chloride and H2 S produce lloyd's purple that is a fluorescent substance with λex = 590 nm and λem = 620 nm. Measured by standard curve and making stability, precision and recovery experimentes were investigated. The linear range is from 1.3 μmol/L to 65 μmol/L, and the correlation coefficient is r = 0. 9982, the detection limit is O.122 μmol/L and the recovery rate is from 97.7% to 113.2%. Fluorescence spectroscopy has the advantages of high sensitivity, and p-phenylenediamine-Fe ( Ⅲ ) system stability, so that the combination of both methods is good stability, simple, sensitive and suitable for rapid determination of trace H2 S content in water sumples.
