摘  要:利用高分辨飞行时间质谱(Q-Tof)和UNIFI筛查软件对动物尿液中部分兽药及违禁药物进行筛查分析,并对筛查结果进行LC-MS/MS方法进行确证。4份动物尿液样品经MSE数据采集模式并经UNIFI软件筛查分析,分别检出2~7种残留物。以沙丁胺醇为例,筛查结果经LC-M S/M S确证,两种方法结果一致。筛查结果表明,UPLC-Q-Tof系统结合UNIFI筛查软件适用于动物源性产品中多种药物残留的同时筛查,筛查结果准确可靠。Veterinary and illegal drugs were screened and analyzed by mass spectrometer (Q-Tof) and UNIFI screening software. The screening high-resolution time of flight results was further identified by LC-MS/MS. The data of four animal urine samples was collected upon MSE mode and analyzed by UNIFI software, with two-seven residues detected respectively. Taking salbutamol as example, results detected by LC-MS/MS were consistent with screening results. The results show that it is suitable, accurate and reliable to combine UPLC-Q-T of system with UNIFI screening software for multi-residue determination with animal products.
