摘  要:氧化物冶金技术是利用钢中细小非金属夹杂物诱导晶内铁素体形核来细化晶粒的一种技术,利用该技术可以获得高强度、高韧性以及焊接性能良好匹配的高性能钢材。然而当前研究结果对晶内铁素体形核机理的解释并不统一,每种形核机理均存在无法解释的反例。文中介绍了氧化物冶金技术的中心思想,描述了晶内铁素体的显微组织特征,概括总结了能够作为钢中形核质点的夹杂物种类及性状,分析了晶内铁素体的晶体学特征,并指出了氧化物冶金技术亟待解决的问题。Oxide metallurgy technique is a new technique for the refinement of grain size by using small nonmetallic inclusions in steel to induce the nucleation of ferrite, the high performance steel with high strength, high toughness and good welding performance can be obtained by using this technology. However, the current research results on the mechanism of the nucleation mechanism of the crystal is not unified, and there are unexplained counterexamples in each nucleation mechanism. This paper introduces the research background of the oxide metallurgy technology, and describes the microstructure characteristics of the ferrite, summarizes the types and characteristics of inclusion which could induce the nucleation of ferrite, and analyzes the crystallographic features of intragranular ferrite, and points out the problems of oxide metallurgy which need to be solved.
