摘  要:为研究不同表面处理工艺的高强度模具材料的摩擦磨损特性,通过摩擦磨损实验方法测出了经不同表面处理后高强度模具材料的摩擦磨损实验数据。对此数据进行、分析比较,从而得到不同表面处理工艺条件下的摩擦磨损特性。实验证明:渗氮工艺比镀铬工艺能够更大程度的提高模具的寿命。实验结果对分析评估不同表面处理工艺对冷作模具使用寿命的影响具有指导意义。In order to study the friction and wear properties of high strength mould materials under different surface treatment processes, the friction and wear experiment data of high strength die materials under different surface treatment processes were measured by friction and wear experiments. The friction and wear characteristics under different surface treatment condition were compared by the analysis of these data. The experimental results show that the nitriding process has a greater effect on improving the life of the dies than chrome plating process. The experimental conclusion has a guiding significance on evaluation the service life of cold work dies under different surface treatment process.
