摘 要:为了探索ZL205A合金的熔炼工艺和某骨架铸件熔模铸造工艺,本文以某骨架铸件为例,研究出其最佳的浇注系统方案以及与之相匹配的浇注时的最佳型壳温度和铝液温度,探索出ZL205A合金熔模铸造的一般规律,使铸件的成品率大为提高。结果表明,提高合金的纯净度、设计底注式浇注系统、采取合理的浇注温度是提高铸件合格率的关键。For the melting process of ZL205A alloy and the investment casting process for a bone casting, the bone casting process was researched. The best gating system and the related casting shell temperature and aluminum melt temperature was found, the general investment casting rules of ZL205A alloy was acquired. The results indicate that improving the purity of the alloy, designing the bottom gating system and adopting the appropriate melt temperature are the key factors to improve the pass rate of finished products.
