摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位埋线的减肥效应与线体粗细、埋置深浅的相关性。方法:用2-0、4-0两种规格的铬制羊肠线分别埋置在同一穴位的脂肪层、肌肉层,每15 d埋置1次,共埋置2次。采用红外热像检测及激光散斑血流成像技术动态观察埋线前后局部红外热像及散斑血流值的变化,并比较体质量指数、腰围、臀围差值的变化。结果:同一型号线体,肌肉层埋线穴位局部红外热像及散斑血流值均较脂肪层高;同一组织层面埋线,2-0号线埋线穴位局部红外热像及散斑血流值均较4-0号线高。2-0号羊肠线肌肉层穴位埋线组在埋线前后的体质量指数变化值及腰围、臀围变化值较其他组高。结论:穴位埋线的减肥效应与线体粗细、埋置深浅有相关性。Objective ： To investigate the correlation between the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint width together with the embedded depth on losing weight. Methods：Two kinds of catgut（2-0,4-0） were embedded respectively on fat layer and muscle layer of the same acupoints every 15 days, totally for 2 times. Infrared thermal imaging apparatus and laser speckle blood flow apparatus were used to observe the local value of infrared thermal imaging and speckle blood flow determination before and after catgut implantation. Body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference were measured in the comparison. Results：For the same width, the local values of infrared thermal imaging and speckle blood flow in muscular layer were higher than those in fat layer. For the same layer, the local values of line2-0 were higher than those of line 4-0. The body mass index value, the variation of waistline and hipline of 2-0 catgut muscle layer embedding group were higher than other groups before and after treatment, Conclusion ： There was correlation between the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on losing weight and width together with the embedded depth.
