中药外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的临床效果。方法选取80例动静脉内瘘发生皮下血肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者实施先冷敷,48h后热敷的护理干预措施,观察组患者给予当归等中药外敷的护理干预措施。结果观察组患者的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予当归等中药外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿具有良好的临床效果。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of artericvenous fistula subcutaneous hematoma.Methods 80 cases of artericvenous fistula in subcutaneous hematoma patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group of patients with the implementation of the first cdd hot compress,nursing intervention after 48 hours of observation the nursing intervention group were treated with external application of Chinese medicine angelica.Results The observation group patients with artericvenous fistula subcutaneous hematoma curative effect is better than the contrd group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Angelica for external application of Chinese medicine treatment of artericvenous fistula subcutaneous hematoma has good application effect
