摘  要:目的:探讨半导体激光对小儿扁桃体切除术后的疗效。方法:将双侧扁桃体切除术患儿360名,随机分为两组各180名,两组均予抗炎对症等常规治疗护理,试验组加用半导体激光治疗。治疗3天后观察两组疼痛评分、咽部黏膜充血水肿及白膜生长情况。结果:两组患儿在咽痛、黏膜充血水肿及白膜生长情况比较均有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:小儿扁桃体切除术后应用半导体激光照射,有消炎、止血、止痛,加快愈合的作用,并且治疗时间短,操作方便,安全有效。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the semiconductor laser after children tonsillectomy. Methods: The 360 children with bilateral tonsillectomy were randomly divided into two groups for each 180. Both groups were given conventional treatment and care. On the basis of onventional treatment and care, semiconductor laser treatment was used in the experimental group. Children were observed in pain score, pharyngeal mucosa congestion and edema, albuginea growth the third day after tonsillectomy. Result:There are significant differences (P 〈0. 001 ) in sore throat, mucosal edema and albuginea growth between children in the control group and the experimental group. Conclusion: Semiconductor laser irradiation after tonsillectomy can diminish inflammation and hemostasis, relieve pain and acceler- ate healing. And the treatment time is short, easy to operate, safe and effective.
