摘 要:介绍了L80-13Cr特殊螺纹加厚油管的研发试制情况。通过分析L80-13Cr钢的变形特点并结合实际的生产经验,确定了管端加厚工艺;通过分析L80-13Cr钢的力学性能特性,设定了奥氏体化温度为980℃、加热后在空气中自然冷却至50℃以下的热处理方案。试验结果表明:L80-13Cr特殊螺纹加厚油管的加厚端尺寸和显微组织均满足设计要求,管体和管端的力学性能均匀;拉伸性能、冲击韧性和硬度均满足API Spec 5CT—2011规范的要求。Described here are the activities associated with the R & D and trial manufacture of the L80-13Cr upset tubing with premium threads. Based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of the L80-13Cr steel, and relevant actual production experience, the end upsetting process for the said tubing is determined. And based on analysis of the mechanical property characteristics of the L80-13Cr steel, the heat treatment process for the pipe is set up. which involving setting the austenization temperature as 980℃, and air-cooling the pipe down to 50 ℃ below. The testing results demonstrates that the upset end dimensions and microstructure of the L80-13Cr upset tubing with premium threads are up to the design requirements, and its body and end mechanical properties are uniform, while its tensile property, impact toughness and hardness are all in compliance with the requirements as specified under API Spee 5CT-2011.
