摘　　要：目的探讨闭合伤致肾蒂断裂的诊疗方法,提高闭合性肾蒂断裂的诊断准确率和治疗成功率。方法分析总结我科2014年9月成功救治的1例因挤压伤导致闭合性肾蒂断裂患者的临床资料,综合分析文献报道病例,比较案例间的诊断和治疗措施,总结闭合性肾蒂断裂的诊治方法。结果超声和CT是目前诊断闭合性肾蒂断裂的重要手段,手术是首选的抢救方法。结论及时就诊,快速明确诊断和手术治疗可提高闭合性肾蒂断裂患者的存活率。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of renal pediclc fracture caused by closed wound. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with renal pedicle fracture caused by closed wound cured in our department in Sep. 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and relevant literatures were reviewed. Results Ultrasound and CT were important means of diag- nosis, and emergency surgery was the preferred rescue measures. Conclusion Rapid diagnosis, timely and surgical treatment can improve the survival rate of patients with renal pedicle fracture caused by closed wound.
