基于预防为主理念的实验室全过程安全管理体系建设的探索

摘　　要：实验室安全是高等学校实践教学和科研的必要保证。随着各高校实验室资产的快速增加,实验室安全问题日益凸显。为此,在实践的基础上创建了预防为主、全过程管理的实验室安全管理体系,通过建设完备的实验室安全设施;制定科学、合理、可操作性的实验室安全制度;有效的安全培训和应急演练;定期检查和评比保障制度等,有效地增强了实验室工作人员的安全观念、安全意识和安全防护技能,提升实验室管理水平。Laboratory safety is the necessary guarantee for practical teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. With the rapid increase in the laboratory assets of colleges and universities,laboratory safety issues had become increasingly prominent. To this end,on the basis of practice to create a preventive,the whole process of management of the laboratory safety management system was established. Through the construction of a complete laboratory safety facilities; developing a scientific,reasonable and operational laboratory safety system; provide effective security training and emergency drills; regular inspection and evaluation system,etc.,the laboratory staff safety concept,safety awareness and safety protection skills were effectively enhanced and the level of laboratory management was improved.
