摘　　要：在科学与社会的传统契约视角下,技术或技术产品的社会应用等同于确证知识的社会应用。然而随着现代科技复杂性和不确定性的增加,新技术社会引入的实验特征越发凸显。对新技术的社会引入进行系统考察,综述了技术社会实验理念的提出与发展,总结了其基本特征,提出了技术社会实验的分析框架,并将之应用到"氟氯烃"社会引入实验的考察之上,验证了分析框架的适用性。最后提出了社会实验理念对新兴技术治理的一些启示。Under the traditional contract of science and society, social application of technology or product is equivalent to the social application of corrob- orating knowledge. However, with the increasing complexity and uncertainty of modern science and technology, the introduction of new technology of has more and more social experiment characteristics. This paper makes analysis of the social introduction of new technology, reviews the development of social experiment, summarizes its basic characteristics. Technology social experiment analysis framework was proposed, and applied to the CFC＇s social introduction, to verify the applicability of the analytical framework. Finally I put forward the implications for the emerging technology governance.
