摘  要:绞车提升是矿业生产中最重要的运输设备,河北太行铁矿的主井绞车和副井绞车在改造前,均采用转子串电阻的调速方式,这种调速方式属高耗能方式,属于国家煤矿安全监察局限时淘汰设备,为了满足安监局要求,降低企业运行成本,改变现场工作环境,推广新技术,确定进行变频调速改造。太行铁矿主井绞车和副井绞车采用同样的机械系统,在改造过程中,采用两台变频器拖动两台绞车的二拖二互为备用的模式,提高了运输系统的可靠性和安全性。Hiost is one of the most important transport equipment in mine production.The main shaft and auxiliary shaft hoist of Taihang iron mine before modification.It was motor rotor series resistance speed governing way,which is high energy consumption.Due to the technique is out of state administration of work safety requirements,the field change it into VFD control technology.Since main shaft and auxiliary shaft hoist machine using the same equipment,the hoist applied electric control system-two sets driver two motors standby each other model to improve the reliability and security of the transportation system.
