摘 要:针对察哈素煤矿3#煤层赋存条件及工作面原有巷道布置特点,通过对顶板岩层取芯分析、多点位移计观测和现场矿压实测分析,得出巷道顶板在0~3 m范围内发生破坏及下位岩层之间发生层间错动。采用错层位采煤法解决了以上现象带来巷道支护困难的问题。对优化方案进行了工作面设计并通过计算得出可以提高回采率2.7%,充分证明了错层位采煤法的实用和可靠性。According to the occurrence conditions of 3^# coal seam and layout characteristics of original roadway at working face in Chahasu Coal Mine,through the analysis of roof rock core analysis,multi-point displacement meter observation and field mine pressure measurement analysis,we obtain that the roof failure of roadway and the occurrence of intercalated dislocation between the lower rock strata is within the range of 0 to 3 m.To solve the above problems,the phenomenon of roadway support difficulty is solved by stagger arrangement coal mining method.The optimization scheme is designed and the working face is calculated,which can improve the recovery rate of 2.7%.It fully proves the practicability and reliability of the stagger arrangement coal mining method.
