早熟显性不育系川作8A的选育与应用

摘　　要：川作8A是用(早显B×金23B)F_4×8Ⅱ85的F5代优良单株B142-1-8与珍汕97A测交并回交转育而成的不育系。川作8A不育度100%,异交习性好,穗大粒多,具有早熟显性特性,所配组合生育期均与汕窄8号同期或略早。2012年通过四川省技术鉴定。所配组合川作优8727于2015年通过四川省品种审定。Developed from the cross between Zhenshan 97A and B142-1-8 by successive backcrossing, Chuanzuo 8A is a CMS line in rice. B142-1-8 is an elite plant selected from the F5 population of the cross of （ Zaoxian B × Jin 23 B） F4× 8 Ⅱ85. It has 100% of male sterility, good outcrossing characteristics and large panicle with many spikelets. Especially, it shows a characteristic of early-maturity dominance. The F1 hybrids derived from Chuanzuo 8A are as early as or a little earlier than the early-maturing control hybrid rice variety Shanzhai 8. It was technically identified by Sichuan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2012, and its F1 hybrid Chuanzuoyou 8727 （Chuanzuo 8A/Chenghui 727） was registered and released by the Committee in 2015.
