摘 要:为了探讨前处理对2A12铝合金发黑阳极氧化及其空间服役性能的影响,通过不同机加粗糙和表面活化等前处理对发黑阳极氧化形貌和热循环性能的影响进行了研究,并采用扫描电镜等对前处理、氧化和热循环后的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:随着表面粗糙度的增加,铝合金发黑膜层热循环性能变差,裂纹密度和宽度增加;而通过浸泡和溅射处理,由于表面微区域腐蚀,导致生成的氧化膜层与基体之间结合力下降,从而引起在热循环过程中表面膜层的脱落,并结合微观形貌以及能谱测试结果探讨了不同表面粗糙度和活化对膜层的影响机理。In order to evaluate the effect of pretreatment on properties and performance of the thermal film in space environment, the influences of surface roughness and activation methods on blackening anodized film and its thermal cycling performance of 2A12 aluminum alloy were investigated. The surface morphology of the specimens after pretreatment, anodization and thermal cycling tests were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that with the increasing surface roughness, thermal cycling performance of blackening anodized film of the 2A12 aluminum alloy becomes worse, and the crack density and width are increased. The pretreatment of immersion and sputtering causes surface micro-corrosion, leads to the reduction of binding force between the film and substrate, which results in the exfoliation of the blackening anodized film during thermal cycling tests. The effects mechanism of different surface roughness and activation on the blackening anodized film are discussed by combining the micro morphology and energy spectrum.
