摘 要:滚动轴承工作间隙作为衡量轴承动态性能的重要指标之一,主要是由轴承承受外部载荷决定,严重影响着滚动轴承及其所在转动机构的运转精度。为分析太空环境下轴向载荷对滚动轴承工作间隙的作用机理,基于Hertz接触理论对滚动轴承的接触变形分析,研究轴向位移变化,并提出了径向间隙的计算模型,借助有限元模拟软件对比理论分析研究工作间隙的变化。以71807C型角接触球轴承为例,分析工作间隙的演化规律,同时验证了径向间隙的存在。所研究的工作间隙演变为转动机构的运转精度、工作寿命、可靠性分析等提供了参考。As an important factor in affecting the operation Characteristics of rolling bearing,bearing working clearance was determined by external loading.It influenced the running accuracy of the rolling bearing rotation mechanism.In order to study the action mechanism of axial loading in the space environment on the rolling bearing working clearance,bearing contacting deformation and axial displacement were analyzed based on the Hertz contact theory.The calculation model of axial clearance was proposed.The variation of working clearance was analyzed through the comparison of finite element simulation software and theoretical analysis.Taking the angular contact bearing 71807C as the example,the evolution law of the working space was analyzed,and the existence of axial clearance was verified.The analysis of studied working clearance evolving into running accuracy,working life,reliability analysis provided references.
